1. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 13:00 – 14:00. Late arrivals, let reception know in advance.
- Check-out: 10:30 – 11:30, to give housekeeping time to prepare beds for the next guest.
- A valid passport or ID is required at check-in for every guest.
- Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out.
- Extra beds are available upon request.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon arrival, by cash. All prices include applicable taxes.
4. General
- No curfew — guests may come and go at any hour.
- Pet friendly — a charge may apply.
- Child friendly — guests of all ages are welcome.
- Rooms and common spaces are non-smoking; designated smoking areas are available for smokers.
5. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours run from 23:00 to 08:00 in all dorms and private rooms. Please keep noise, lights, and packing/unpacking to a minimum during this window — earplugs are provided at reception for light sleepers.
6. Shared Spaces & Respect
- Keep bunk pods, bathrooms, and the kitchen clean after use.
- Label and store your own food in the kitchen — unlabeled items may be cleared out.
- Respect the Female Only Dorm — access is restricted to registered female guests.
- Be considerate of other guests' space, sleep, and belongings.
7. Safety & Security
- Use your locker for valuables — the hostel is not responsible for unsecured belongings.
- Report lost keys or locker fobs to reception immediately; a replacement fee applies.
- Overnight guests who are not registered at the hostel are not permitted in dorms.
8. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hostel property during their stay. Reasonable repair or replacement costs may be charged to the card on file.
